Patrick Boulard has nearly 20 years of international management experience, partnering with executive management in renowned global corporations to define and implement winning information technology strategies.
Pat co-founded CIO Partners Group after leading the global information technology function at Quiksilver, a leader in the sports lifestyle industry with over $2 billion in annual sales. As the first leader of the global IT organization, Pat coordinated efforts among five operating regions and formulated the first global IT vision for the group. Promoting cooperation through shared services, he enhanced communications and information exchange, aggressively sponsored IT initiatives on a global scale, developed economies of scale and increased operational efficiencies.
Prior to Quiksilver, Pat was the CIO at Urban Brands, a specialty women's apparel retailer. At Urban Brands, Pat modernized the infrastructure and upgraded key software applications to reduce abnormally high historical operational risks and enable executive management to make fact-based, timely decisions.
Prior to Urban Brands, Pat directed logistics, supply chain and inventory applications for Toys R Us International, a world leader in specialty toy retailing. While at Toys R Us, Pat enhanced supply chain operations using innovative technologies and software solutions that led to global improvements in inventory turn and in-stock positions. Leading global teams in seven key world markets, he optimized processes and introduced technologies that allowed the company to share best practices worldwide and to realize sizable efficiency gains.
Having spent most of his career leading information services within large organizations, Pat now advises global business leaders on how to align information technology with key business goals. Combining his global, multi-cultural communication skills to his business acumen and knowledge of information technology, he helps entrepreneurs and business leaders worldwide strengthen their operation, and develop pragmatic strategies to meet their long term objectives.
Pat holds degrees from French universities, as well as a BA in Marketing and an MBA from Chapman University in Orange, California.
